Upgrades at Monterey Secondary College include a new health and sports science Centre of Excellence, a competition-grade gym, and community facilities – delivered as part of the Frankston North Education Plan.
ST GEORGES AGED CARE
Kew
Budget – $55.57 million
Construction of the new 90 Bed St George’s Hospital aged care facility in Kew. This was the first step in a commitment to replace outdated public aged care homes with larger, modern and purpose-built facilities.
